At Tutor At Home, we strive to provide the best educational services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Class Cancellations by Students

Students must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

Class Cancellations by Tutor At Home

If we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative scheduling or a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for classes canceled by Tutor At Home or in cases where services were not delivered as promised.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as registration fees or completed sessions, are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
