At Tutor at Home, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying learning experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our services.
Students must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a class. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session.
In the event that Tutor at Home needs to cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative session time or a full refund.
Refunds are only applicable for classes canceled by Tutor at Home or in cases where the promised services were not delivered. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the scheduled class date.
Some services such as registration fees, administrative charges, and completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable. These are clearly mentioned during booking or payment.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
